Understand Internet’s performance and for diagnosing and solving various (e.g., reliability, quality and security) problems that affect performance.
Enable any Internet user with the capability of diagnosing performance problems in the Internet.
Deploy and manage an open, scalable, and advanced network measurement platform for conducting measurement-based research.
Advance the state-of-the-art in cross-domain fault diagnosis, measurement system design, big network data analytics, data visualization.
Apply the deliverables to solve real-world problems encountered by individual users, companies, ISPs, data centers.
